Testimonials "I had the pleasure of meeting Sheena Womack at the Lake House Lodge and Spa,
at the Highland Lake Resort in Flat Rock NC not long ago. I attended an all inclusive retreat at the Lodge, where I never left the resort for four days. Sheena was very much a part of what made my visit so warmly memorable. Sheena was extremely courteous and professional in every manner as she attended to my needs as well as all the other guests there. Sheena was obviously competent at her duties, and managed her professional obligations with confidence. In addition to that, I noticed that the other employees at the resort had a high regard for Sheena. They obviously respected her reliability as a co-worker, and enjoyed her company as well. However, the thing I most enjoyed about Sheena was her delightful
personality. She was always upbeat, quick with a smile and a laugh, and very very relational. She truly cared about each of us on the retreat, and went out of her way to make our experience at the Lodge wonderful. For example, because the retreat was all inclusive I wished to avoid having a rental car. Sheena went above and beyond her duties to accommodate my needs for transportation arranging for shuttle service. This meant the world to me, but I had the feeling that it was second nature to Sheena..she is tireless in her desire to be helpful to others. I highly recommend Sheena Womack for the employment position that she seeks.

I was Sheena's immediate supervisor for several years at Highland Lake Inn, and found her to be consistently pleasant, tackling all assignments with dedication and a smile.
Initially her duties there included greeting guests, making reservations, giving property tours, and handling guest issues. She was so proficient in these duties that I came to rely on her to handle reunions and event planning. Sheena showed great attention to detail in every step of the planning process, from initial meetings with group leaders, to booking event spaces and room blocks, to generating and distributing BEOs, and ultimately ensuring that every aspect of the event was carried out to the guests’ satisfaction.
Sheena’s focus on guest service truly exceeds expectations, During this time, she was an effective communicator, often serving as my liaison to scattered members of the team.
